The magical manioc The magical manioc is the plant what is
called Cynanchum auriculatum. It is the emerging crops in Neimen, Kaohsiung.
There are signboards everywhere on the road from Tainan to Neimen. Magcal
manioc looks like a vine. Its roots are often used. It is said that it has the
efficacy of anti-inflammatory, detumescence and the treatment of acne. Magical
manioc has been planted in Neimen more than 70 years. Most people planted it
for curing snake venom in the agricultural age. So magical manioc is planted numerously
in order to save more people. It needs up to 7 or 8 monthes for magical manioc to grow up and then we can harvest it. Its roots, stems and leaves all can be eaten. It can cure skin diseases, leukemia, constipation, diarrhea, high blood pressure, arthritis, diabetes, hepatitis.
