For social movements, the public’s opinion is very important. The survey indicates that the students are the main customers and tourists in the Yi-Zhong district. Therefore, we regard the students as our primary subjects. In the petition we give a sketch about the purpose of the activity. Moreover, the petitions were distributed and collected by our team and the student associations of other high schools.

The petitions of schools were divided into two parts, the teacher’s petitions and the student’s petitions. It was finished by contacting the student association of each high school in Taichung. Totally, we contacted 25 schools and received more than 20,000 people’s petitions at last.
