Hsiao-Yi worked even more industriously in his profession; he used his leisure time not for relaxing but did more self-practices. No matter how tired he was, he forced himself to practice 10 to 15 times before resting, and that was the reason why he was promoted as designer in just two years, which normally take more than 3 years. He recounted his philosophy was “Prepared well for the opportunity, and when it comes, you have the competence to seize it.” The attitude sat a firm foundation for his future carrier.
