Hsiao-Yi was chosen due to his rather gorgeous look, and he knew very well that if he wanted to be outstanding from other people, he had to stand out in the eyes of the boss. In order to gain more opportunities, whenever he had a chance he will do it wholeheartedly, and without any complain. He cleaned the toilet with his bare hands in order to reach the place where could not be touch by a regular cleaner, and he asked to be a driver to give a ride to his boss by a bicycle; therefore he sometimes receive a beef noodles as a reward for his deeds, and impressed his boss with a perfect image of hardworking kid.
