We set the poster of the activity at the entrance.
We put the interpretative signs in front of the stage.
We arranged the table at each stage.
We took out the props from boxes.
We set all the props at the right places.
We stuck the poster on the board.
We tested it to check it was ok.
The last practice for the narration.
All tasks was settle down.
Confirmation of task
We checked all the assigned tasks again and hoped the activity would be perfect.
