Adoption(1) Three puppies were abandoned

Wan Jun: yesterday, a lot of people sawthree one-month-old puppies at the school gate; they were so cute! But they seemedlike shaking, so we fed them with water and food. They ate and ate as if they were very hungry. They were really cute. So I took the puppy which looked like Si Ka home. In fact, I preferred that black puppy who looked like Coffee, but its paws were white, I was afraid that grandma would not agree, so ... It kept shaking at home. My grandmother gave it some rice. It ate the rice with appetite! I called it Hei Pi -- homophonic to "happy"! (On March 19^th 2010)

Adoption(2)  I adopted little Cow

Fang Yu: the day before yesterday, I adoptedCow from our school. It always follows me until I leave home. It is reallyobedient and my uncle also likes it very much. When I call “Cow”, it will come to me. However, it always needs people to accompany it. Later, I come up with an idea. Cow knows that everybody must rest at night. It rests at night, too. So I will accompany it until it falls asleep. Then I will go to bed. (On April 2^nd 2010)

Adoption (3) Animals left

Sheng Wei: in the past, there were many dogs in our class. Later, the teacher took them to the animal hospital, and entrusted Doctor Zheng to ask people to adopt them. There would be more opportunities in this way. Pupils also tried to help the dogs find good families, so almost all dogs found kind masters. But this morning, the teacher said that a dog (Xiao Geng) was returned to the animal hospital, because it was too naughty. Fortunately, another family adopted it a few days later. I hope that this time it could stay with that family forever. (On May 28^th 2010)

Adoption(4) Little Mouse

Wen Han: Little Mouse is adopted! When thinking of it, Ialways remember that day when we ate chaffy dish... Little Mouse stole our instant noodles that day. Zhang Wenshuai and some children went shopping with Little Mouse in Changhua department store. But later, he changed his mind and refused to adopt Little Mouse! This is the first day I met Little Mouse. It became our loyal dog after a short period. It was very obedient, but we didn’t teach it in a good way, because we gave it snacks between meals. Finally, Director Si helped it find a home. We didn't know whether it could adapt to the life there. Would it often think of us? After sent Little Mouse away, its owner gave us some brown sugar and noodles as a gift. We heard that this was a custom. Little Mouse was much more valuable than these things in my heart! Adoption(5) The little kitten

Yu Fen: Yu Jie and Zhi Lun found a little kitten that was only a few months old by the roadside. The kitten was really a spicy girl. Poor little thing! Zhi Lun and Yu Jie worried that it might be bitten by big dogs nearby, so they put the kitten in our classroom. We decided to keep it a little longer, after we brought it up, we would send it back to the original place. (On May 13^th 2010)

Yan Ping: the teacher said that Docter Zheng called to say that someone would like to adopt a cat, and she hoped that we could send Spicy Girl to her quickly. Great! It doesn't have to go back to lead a wandering life! (On June 8^th 2010)

Adoption(6) LaFa and La Fa’s Daddy are happy to meet each other

Wen Han: we are in Grade 6 now. We have been making great efforts that eventuallyat the term end of Grade 5 we found adoptive families for all stray dogs and cats on campus. However, someone released a litter of puppies into the garage when the new term began. We feel really angry and helpless. We have to be busy again. After our diligent propaganda, Ha! Three cheers for Little Cow! It is adopted by a good papa! And its name is also changed into Geng Laifa. This is the papa, who was also our school’s janitor - Uncle Geng! Adoption(7) Xiao Lin and Tiny Chili became the waterworks’ dogs

Yu Jie: when we were having alesson seriously, Aunt Jin suddenly opened the door and said: "some peoplewant to see the puppies.” After several questions, we knew that the water plant wanted to have a watchdog. I hurried there with the box. Originally, only one could become the waterworks’ dog. We promoted so hard that in the end they chose Xiao Lin and Tiny Chili! This was really gratifying! In the photo, the two on the right were Xiao Lin and Tiny Chili. They were super adorable!

Adoption(8) Hello! Black Bear!

Yi Jing: I could still remember that day...
　　Early in the morning, when I stepped into the classroom, I heard the students were chatting. How strange! Generally, we were not allowed to chat at this time. It turned out that some people abandoned puppies again! How awful! Five puppies! They were so cute and adorable; why were they thrown away? I liked one puppy among them especially. It was black and white. It was... Black Bear!
　　I still thought about it next day. I was afraid that papa and mama would not agree to accept it. So I asked my classmate to draw a picture of it and brought the picture home. After mama saw it, she told me that if I could look after it and never bother other people, I could have it. But papa said “No!” I had to ask mama to plead papa.Finally papa agreed, and Black Bear became my little brother.
　　It kept barking at night for a week after it came to my home. I had to ask the teacher for help! Because my teacher had a dog, so she was experienced. She told me that caring for puppies just like taking care of babies. So I went home to consult mama!
　　When it grew older and bigger, Black Bear became more and more obedient! Ha! Now, when I come home from school, Black Bear will run to me, acting like a spoiled child! The grown-up Black Bear never barks and is very obedient!
　　Now, every evening I will take it to go for a walk. After releasing the leash, I deliberately run away and hide myself. It will become very nervous and try to find me. Ha ~ ha ~ oh ~ it can't do without me!

Adoption(9) Nobody wants Little White Sock

Yu Fen: Little White Sock is adopted!When the teacher tells us the news, I breathe a sigh of relief. At last, Little White Sock is adopted! The burden is released from everyone’s heart. But ...Who is the kind man?At the start, Little White Sock was adopted by our classmate Ya Ting. But we did not expect that it was sent backonly after one night, because it kept crying at night so noisy that the whole familycould not sleep and they had to return it. We would never give up and planned to pay some money and send it to the animal hospital during holidays for accommodation and adoption. On the other hand, we posted its picture on to the internet, increasing the adoption opportunities. However, after three weeks, although a lot of people asked, nobody really took it home!God knew our dream eventually. On a Monday afternoon,Little White Sock was adopted.

Adoption(10) The little yellow puppy teased by primary grades

Wen Han: this little yellow puppy wandered near the lower grades to play with the children, but the children were so nescientthat they threw it into the gutter at last. When my classmates heard the news, theyrushed there to save it and washed it clean. Shortly after, the naughty boycame to apologize to it. Since it was too difficult to find foster parents in our school, we asked Doctor Zheng to help. Very soon, someone came to adopt it. We heard that the family had already adopted Drumstick, Hamburger, and French fries. So the little yellow puppy was named Coke. Ha! October 29^th 2010

Adoption(11) Paint Dog

Sheng Wei: now our task is even more difficult! When the puppies are sent away, the stray dogs wandering intoDaSing Elementary School are all big dogs. Usually they get alongwith little kids well, so we let them stay. We see that they are hungry and poor,so we also feed them. As a result, they won’t go away. The teacher says if there are too many dogs in the school, there will be problems to the environment. If they bite children unintentionally, there will be more serious problems. So we have to continue to send away the dogs. This dog is called as Paint Dog because it followed us to paint football gates, and got a draw of white paint on its back unguardedly. So it was called as Paint Dog. Now it is adopted and enjoying the urban dog's life inTaichung! November 23^th 2010

Adoption(12) Brown Sugar Cake – the famous special local product of Penghu

Yu Jie: under our continuous hard effort, good news comes frequently!!! Some people are willing to give warm homes to Coffee, Milk, and other puppies! First of all, congratulations to -- Brown Sugar Cake!When I went to visit my grandmother inTaichung, I asked my uncle to find an adopteramong his friends. Oneday, I got a phone call that someone was going to adopt it. My teacher and I immediately Brown Sugar Cake to ligation. We always neutered puppies before we sent them to adopters. Unfortunately,in less than a week, the new owner thought Brown Sugar Cake was too big and wanted to return it. Luckily, my uncle found another friend who liked it very much and would like to raise it. Ay! That was close! I hear that now it is very fat. Its master also takes it go running every day. Adoption(13) A cute little brown puppy

Pei Ru: when the winter vocation began, I got to know a little brown puppy...
When the winter vocation began, I was not acquainted with Little Brown and only touched it occasionally; Little Brown still stayed at school when the winter vocationwas over. I always fed it after class. Maybe the destiny tied ustogether; it was willing to come up to me although I did not feed it during the winter vacation. I especially liked it because of this reason. And I pitied it when it was bullied by other dogs sometimes. We became more and more close in this way.

A few weeks later, Little Brown became my best friend. I played and ate with it every day. Iwould tell it when I had something in my mind. It would lick me to comfort me when I was sad. It would accompany me through the most grieved time when I was helpless. Little Brown was my best friend for me.
But one day, a child said he would like to adopt Little Brown. When hearing these words, I was shocked; I hated to part with it.Fortunately, that boy was inWaiz-hong Village. I could visit Little Brown when I had time. In addition, Little Brown was also named as "Zeng Meiman". This name is a little vulgar, but I hope that it could live a happy life just as what the name indicates together with its new master’s family.

I miss Little Brown so much! I haven’t seen it fora long time, and always feel something is missing from my life. Little Brown is the best dog which I’ve met. I will remember you forever. Wish you happy every day! December 11^th 2011
