Q::What makes you become a Tchoukball coach?

A:: I have started playing Tchoukball since I was in elementary school. I kept playing even I was in college and am very good at it. After graduation, I became a Tchoukball coach.

Q::How do you train your team members?

A:: They have to practice after school at a regular basis. When they encouter difficulties, it is very easy for them to get upset. I have to encourage and confort them when it occurs.

Q::What do you think is the key to win or lose a game?

A:: The key reason for our team to win is our players are older and they have a lot of experience in a big game. The key reason for our team to lose is our players don't play hard enough when they meet inferior competitors.

Q::What is the advantage and disadvantage for being a coach?

A:: The advantage is when you take your team to play, you get a chance to travel around world. The disadvantage is it is a very tough job to be a coach because you need to take care all the players.

Q::How do you get along with your team members?

A:: Generally speaking, I get along with my players well. However, it is important for the players to know that the coach has the absolute authority and the players must trust and obey the coach's instructions. If they don't like it, they have to leave.

Q::Do you remember any game that makes you impressive?

A:: The games we played during FITB Asia Pacific Tchoukball championship which was held in Kaohsiung in 2006. We met a lot of good players during that time.
