The students need to successfully finish the seven-year studies in the Medical Department of Medical College or graduate from Chinese Medicine Department.

What are the courses for the Medical Department?
Basic science programs: Biology, Physics, General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Philosophy, Psychology, and Biochemistry, etc.
Relevant medical programs: Theory of Medical Information, Medical Psychology, Physiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, Theory of Radioactive Rays, Parasitology, Theory of Body Dissection, Internal Medicine, Surgery,. Pediatrics, Neurology, and Psychopharmacology, etc. |

Medical Training: Stage-1
Medical students: They need to attend the medical college forto becominge medical students.

Medical Training: Stage-2
Intern: When studying atin the 5th and the 6th grade, the students need to take practiceal courses with the doctor-in-charge at hospitals for observing and learning how to cure patients.

Medical Training: Stage-3
Practicing Doctor: When studying atin the 7th grade, the medical students need to take field practiceal course atin hospitals forto learning how to be a medical doctor. In this stage, the Doctor-In-Charge and Chief Medical Officer will give and instruct general clinicsal works.

Medical Training: Stage-4
Residing Doctor: After graduating from Medical Department, the students need to work in thea hospital for taking the major-related training by selecting the interested section.

|
|
|
Medical Training: Stage-5
Chief Medical Officer: After passing the training of residing doctor will become the chief doctor, and the time for this would vary depending on the section selected which may take 3, 4 or 6 years. Only the Chief Medical Officer is allowed to act on behalf of other doctors.

Medical Training: Stage-6
Doctor-In-Charge: The Chief Medical Officer shall become the Doctor-In-Charge after passing the professional doctor license examination. Only Doctor-In-Charge can schedule the outpatient timetable for curing thetreating patients.

Diagnose the illness of the patients and give treatment forto them. |
