According to the studying, there must some troubles occurring after developing the tea gardens:
    ◎After the developing, the land will lose its vegetation, which will indirectly cause out-of-balance of the water and soil.
    ◎Since the original forests are cut down, their ability to restore water will reduce.
    ◎Because the tea gardens require more water to irrigate, it causes more formless trouble for our community citizens; most of them live poverty. And this extra payment for water troubles our people very much.

   Although we can at least rely on the global materials to maintain our life, and enjoy our life, these raw materials and resources are restricted. The pollution of global forests and water environment keeps going from bad to worse. Moreover, using large amount of water will cause some negative effects at a certain time on the ecological environment of the lower river, which occurs especially during the dry season or dry year.

    Our current surroundings is dangerously damaged and misreported. People mistakenly think that “ecological environment’s protection” is a very uneconomical action. Or else, they will think that this type of preservation will bring to an end for the development of our economic condition. However, on the contrary, “ecological environment preservation” is the one that “truly” will increase our capital.

The condition that will cause the debris flows:
     1. When there are large amount of rainwater (abundant water).
     2. When there are enough materials (resources to cause the debris flows).
     3. As the slope of the terrain is steep enough (the topography has proper slope).

 Therefore, as long as one can efficiently control these elements and prevents it from happening, we then can forbid our natural environment from being seriously damaged by people.
