Director Chang: He wore eyeglasses and with kind smile. He always introduced things very clearly and people could see he loved his work very much. For questions addressed by classmates, he also answered one after another very carefully. Not only after detail interview, had we known was he the director of service division. He was the best example of attendant. He attended others all day long to introduce the contents of the True Dragon Palace and never said tired. He was the talent trained by Manager Zhang.

Attendants: At the moment we entered Long Yan Humanistic, we saw three attendants with tidy suits. Their hands were with camera and telescopes so that people could imagine how earnestly were they patrolled in ordinarily.

Cleaning personnel: All of them cleaned all major and minor roads earnestly, and they were as sincere as those attendants. While entered the control room, a wave of machine smell came to us one after another. Then we saw two people fixed their eyes on monitors earnestly. There were so many monitors in front of us and we just had a few glance but already felt ache in eyes; however, they had to fix their eyes on those monitors all day long.
