1. Establishment date → Started the construction from 1994

2. Start using date → Started to use in 2002, in which two years were used to prepare the soil.

1996/12 Contracting with Japan's public listed funeral and interment company SUN LIFE
1997/07 Establishing subsidiary “Long Yu International” especially for funeral service, and promoted pre-need funeral agreement.
1998 Establishing service offices in north and south.
1999 Establish Taichung service office and forming the service network with south and north service offices.
2000 “Long Yu International” certified by ISO 9001.
2000/12 Assessed as annual excellent company by Taipei City Government.
2001 Establishing Hsinchu and Tainan service offices.
2001/12 Assessed as annual excellent company by Taipei City Government.
2002 Establishing Keelung , Taoyuan, Chiayi, Lanyang, Hualin, Taitung and Pingtung service offices.
2002/04 Started to use True Dragon Palace of An Le Garden in Bai Sha Wan officially.
2002/08 Contracting with ICBC to establish trust fund, and the initial scale was 1 billion dollars.
2002/12 Assessed as annual excellent company by Taipei City Government.
2003/12 True Dragon Palace of An Le Garden in Bai Sha Wan awarded good assessment prize by Taipei County in 2003.
2004/10 Establishing Panchiao and Maioli service offices (total 14 service offices).
2004/11 True Dragon Palace of An Le Garden in Bai Sha Wan awarded good assessment prize by Taipei County in 2004.
