Before the interview, we prepare:
1.To
survey the person we are going to interview, consist of
his educational background and working
experience. A good survey supports a perfect interview.
2.All
the group members must receive training of interview.
The training includes writing, oral express, behave
politely etc.
3.Decide
the topic in advance. We decide whom to interview,
prepare some questions etc., on the meeting.
4.some
equipments. We use digital camera, recording pen, lined
paper and pens.
