Fengpin Township is the far south township along the Costal Mountains in Huallien County. The coastal line in Fengpin is magnificent, and the only outbound road, Highway No. 9, leads to beautiful sceneries.
The first RDF (refuse derived fuel) manufacturing facility in Taiwan is located in Paliwan Tribe, Fengpin Township, Hualin. Paliwan tribe is famous for its picturesque mountains and sea, and has been able to keep its tribal operation because of itĄŠs geologically difficult to access. The first RDF facility challenge us to make the best effort in protecting our environment.
