TWO.Local community description:

  It used to be "Je Yuan¨ Area, Sugar mill was established at the end of Qing dynasty. Because it is symmetrical to Bao Bu, located at its south, so it¡¦s called Xia Bu. Xia Bu village locate at North Chung-Hua City. The North area of ChungHua city includes Xin Xing village, Yang Ming village, Xing Yi village, Wan An village, Zhong Zheng village, Guang Hua village, Xia Bu village, Min Sheng village, Gua Shan village, Xia Bei village, Guang Fu village, Long Shan village, Wenhua village, Xing Hua village and Yong Fu village.
   Xia Bu village is bound between Jinma Road and Jia Nan village at north, bound with Jiango North Road and Ayi village at east, rail road intersection and Mingshen village at south, bound with Yong An stress and XinHua village at west. It has 28 neighborhoods and 1977 households.

   Xia Bu community is established at December 16th, 1994 and is arming to improve the development of community, residence¡¦s welfare and to establish peace and harmony and to work together and to help each other. Xia Bu community development association, under the regulations of Chung Hua city Township office indicating Xia Bu area as organized area, has 2500 citizens in the community and has 25 people participate at the association at that time.
  After year¡¦s development, Xia Bu community development association set major goal at such areas as industrial development, welfare medication, community safety, human education, environmental screen, environmental protection etc..
With all its efforts to establish a health community, promote sport to let all citizens have a health body and in the hope that have welfare medication prepared, but not being used. Chairman leads a volunteer team with devotion to promote environmental protection. Community public group now has fork dance class, Tai Chi class, Singing practice class, Table tennis class. All these community activities are hold at Activity Center, which is also a place for recreational, cultural and charitable activities and a place where local government working at and having meeting. Activity center not only provides multi-functional service as recreational activities, holding various skill practice seminars and gathering activities, but also enhance citizen¡¦s sense of identity and re-establish humanities and cultures environment and enhance citizens¡¦s coherence.

Three.Research plan summary:

     1.Research Topic: Xia Bu community development association activity and its relationship with citizens, being the cyberfair report.

     2.Research object: Citizen that lives at this community and further understand the development of community.

     3.Research content:

                The topic is to understand Xia Bu community development association. After its creation, its major appeal is to enhance the living

              quality  and artistical and cultural atmosphere of community. Its service object, besides Xia Bucitizens, the association also hope to

              go out from   Community to influence people??s care to this land and living environment by the daily and any activities.

                 We hope to connect people, community to community, group to group through the understanding from community development to

              daily  living. We will be able to learn how to care this land and living environment by actual action.  

   4.Research method:

           The research method of this Cyberfair including group discussion, personal participation and questionnaire activities,    

               visiting, people interview, document arrangement, group sharing the achievement report.

Five.Difficulties encountered and overcome it:

     Question1, Time:

        Knowing that we are participating the competition of Cyberfair, within a very short time, we are not only having to discuss the research
        topic and content, writing report, and we also need to interview senior officer and doing questionnaire in the community and then
        arrange the data and use the data as website page. Introducing Xia Bu village to everyone, to accomplish many task in the short time,

        it   is really making people nervous. We hope our efforts will let all people see the difference.
      Solution:
       Do how many things according to how many time you have, therefore we work the research topics and research structure at the very
       beginning and estimate the task and time table. In addition, teacher use lunch break every Monday to discuss the task and progress of
       a week. For ourselves, besides a regular meeting once a week during lunch break, we also use morning-self-study period and lunch
       break to discuss and practice interview. Our teacher make a special website page to update information. We also ask question through
       message board of website page. Teacher will reply immediately when they see our question. So, we step by step complete each task.
      Quesiton 2, Challenge:
       When knowing that we will be journalist to interview chef of village, Mayor, everyone is very happy, excited and nervous.
       This is because we did not have any experience as to how to start, how to pose questions and what questions to ask.
       Moreover, we are 10 people in total. Does it require everyone to pose question? Besides interview, is there any other
       task needs to be done? Although everyone is very excited, we have no idea regarding the work prior to and after interview.
      Solution:
      In order to complete the most important work within the whole research, the interview, teacher teach us the procedure of interview, the
      manner required and allocate the jobs, such as voice recording, video recording etc. by group and the most important thing is the
      questions of questionnaire.
      Because all these task are prepared in advance, we are able to do the right job separately once arriving at the interview. Thus, we are
      getting progress time by time with progress. That is why we are feeling comfortable when doing the interview.
      Quesiton3, not easy to match everyone’s time.
      Because many members need to go to cram school after school and during leisure time, it is not able to discuss together and interview.
     There are also other people that need to go to school club, thus it is not easy to have everyone get together and discuss.
     Solution:
      In order to solve this question, we pick up a Sunday that can avoid all classes as our fixed gathering time. As to other occasional
      gathering activity, everyone will do their best to participate at. As to those who are not able to participate, classmate who participated

      will  inform them the relevant matters. As to the interview schedule arrangement, because the office of village chef is nearby school. So,

      only  one interview is conducted in the afternoon, the rest are conducted during eighth class period with an official leave. Also, we use

      the  message board and display board to overcome the problem of being unable to gathering.

Six.The listen learned:

          July 2018, we team up as A Bu team because of Cyberfair competition, from that time, we had one goal to work

            together. Our team member has their own ability and talent: being clam and careful,Pei Hong&Zi Qi Being good at writing

            Chien Chu&Mao Chen; love to amuse, but being passionate at service, Tung Lin&Jia Jin; being logical and clearly organized

            Wei Ting&Hsin Yu; being cheerful Ying Yun&Li Xuan. We are all from different classes. During the making of cyberfair, we learn to

            encourage each other and work hard as a team.

            From the process of research, after deeply understanding Xia Bu community, we found there are two key men in the community.

            One is  A-Bu village chef Liu Sir and citizen representative Yen Sir, they love this community that they live since they were young

            and little and  are willing to devote their efforts to this community. They lead a volunteer team to keep the environment clear. To

            enhance the  coherence  and emotion among villagers, they hold many activities and encourage citizens to participate at and get

            connected. They  use their  passion and heart to encourage and attract more young volunteer to devote themselves to the work of

            volunteer team. This is   also match  to our spirit of making cyberfair and is what we should learn.

            During research, we found the community development association has well established organization, everyone is doing well their

            task and devoted to offer for the community. Once Chairman or CEO announce the job, each team will achieve it. We therefore

            introduce  Xia  Bu community to every class of school, hoping that everyone know Xia Bu well and do not feel strange any more.
            The class is similar to a small community, with a strong coherence, no distinction between you and me, the spirit of servicing the

            public, work as a team to bring more honor to the class.
