Pingtung countypeople's park, also known as ahou 1909 lushui park or taitang county people's park, the second phase of the project was officially completed on february 5, 2021. The whole area is iocated in the southern suburb of pingtung city. It was formerly known as pingtung sugar factory and pingtung pulp factory. It was transformed into an ecological park after five years of careful construction by the then pingtung county mayor pan mengan and the team of the county government.
