In recent years, New Taipei City has become a city with the largest population. It is adjacent to the metropolitan area of Taipei and has developed into a multi-core city on the left bank of the Tamsui River and the Xindian River. New Taipei City, along with Taipei, Keelung, and Taoyuan, also belongs to the "greater Taipei capital living circle." In 2016, New Taipei City was awarded the world's first prize for urban transformation by the Financial Times of Britain and the International Finance Corporation. Sanchong District, although it was developed earlier with poorly planned, due to the reason that Sanchong is close to Taipei, it attracts many people to settle there. Moreover, it is close to Taipei station, Taipei twin towers, and Beimen square. In addition, the West End Gateway Project like the Taoyuan Airport MRT makes the district becomes one of the significant gateway cities. Sanchong District is now the sixth most densely populated city in Taiwan.
As time passes, various industries have developed and changed, and one of the impacts is the birth of the "sunset industry." After our precise analysis, we focus on Pen.Mech, a company that produces pen components, which is related to our daily lives. The project further introduces the development of this enterprise. Also, we understand the difficulties encountered by pen.Mech and the changes appeared as time passed. To sum up, we discuss the development history of Small and Medium Enterprises in Taiwan, and how to cope with the plight of other sunset industries, and how they change the situation.
In this era of advanced technology, it is really easy and convenient for us to contact our teammates. Also, when we are in school, there is a convenient network for every student to use. With the use of 1G optical fiber network, and the use of staff and students bandwidth shunt, it will be more convenient. For LAN, everyone can use 1 g bandwidth, fiber-optic backbone network of 20 ~ 40 G. Moreover, every team member has a laptop so we can work together online. Each team member has a mobile phone for discussing and supervising in our free time.
