Growing up in a railway dormitory, Mr. Chen is under deep influence of what he sees and hears about railway. Although he has no interest in becoming a train driver, he opened a store featuring train fast food. |

Why locating the store in Shetou? |

Mr. Chen considered several places like his birthplace Ershui, or Tianchung, Shetou etc. and finally decided to locate his restaurant in Shetou . |

Why name the store the same as Fukui Prefecture of Japan? |
|
Mr. Chen looked for several Japanese name and finally found an ideal name from over 10 Japanese counties. The name he liked was “Fukui”, the Chinese translation of which includes the character “Fu”, a token of “blessing”. It seems that Mr. Chen loves its symbolic meaning. |
