In order
to take everyone to learn Ershui¡¦s new legend, we designed a series of
questions. We hoped that through the interviews, we could provide the most
sufficient introduction of Mesona to people. In order to design concise questions
with proper breadth and depth, one incident repeatedly happened during our
discussion. Since this was our first interview, we were not professional enough
in designing questions. Our questions were either not accurate enough, or did
not hit the points. We repeatedly mentioned the same questions and did not
discover the logical mistakes. For these designing practices, the teacher only
provided us some suggestions of thinking, and did not edit our questions
directly even if our questions were not appropriate. We did not understand why
the teacher did so, and did not know what was going on until the questions had
been edited over and over again, and we compared the questions we designed
before and after. We finally caught up the skills and levels of designing
question, and understood the teacher¡¦s anticipation that he wanted us to do
this by ourselves and promoted our ability. The
teacher did not only accompany us to design the questions, but also
continuously adjusted our skills in interview practices. By his guidance, we
gradually got the control on the interviewing details and skills. This was an
abundant lesson. Even though this was a
preparation for the interview, we learned more information about Ershui Mesona
in the repeated practices. Finally, we completed our interview
questions. The Principal and teach helped us simulate the interviewing procedure,
and guided us how to present the questions we designed layer by layer in order
to receive the richest information. They also helped us to rehearse the
interview over and over again to well prepare it.
