A:About more than 50 years from my father’s time till now! In the past, soy sauce factory made the soy sauce with local features through “hand-made brewing”. We live nearby and it is convenient for us to buy the soy sauce. Naturally, I always use Shinhochun Soy Sauce until now. |
Q2:Ms. Chen, have you ever had the idea to change another brand of soy sauce |
A:Previously, I ever lived in Taichung for 5 years and we had no soy sauce at home, so I bought the soy sauce of other brand. However, it tasted poor and “very salty” without the feeling of “sweetness and aroma”. Therefore, every time I go back to my hometown, I will bring several bottles of soy sauce back to Taichung. In addition to tasting it by myself, I also give it to my colleagues for taste, and their words are full of praises for the soy sauce after eating it. |
Q3:Ms. Chen, may I ask whether the “Shinhochun” product patterns conform to your demands? |
A:Compared with other brands in the market, there are indeed a small number of patterns for Shinhochun Soy Sauce. However, the selling price for one bottle of soy sauce is between NTD 70 and NTD 300, which conforms to the demands of consumers at all levels. Besides, the fermented bean curd made by “Shinhochun” is the necessity to have porridge for our breakfast every day. |
Q4:Ms. Chen, will you continue to use Shinhochun Soy Sauce? |
A:Of course, we all know that Shinhochun Soy Sauce is brewed by hand with “super black soybeans” and no chemical substances are added. Thus, consumers can eat it at ease. We should strongly support such good brand belonging to our own hometown. |
