Q1：Mr. Li, how many years have you been working in “Shinhochun”？

A：More than 40 years.

Q2：Mr. Li, why did you choose to work in “Shinhochun” at the beginning？

A：My father also worked in “Shinhochun” previously. In my childhood, I would work with my father in “Shinhochun” to earn pocket money. Quite naturally, I have the opportunity to do this job and have done it to this day.

Q3：Mr. Li, have you ever had the idea to change jobs？

A：No, not like in big cities, there are not many work opportunities in my hometown of Shetou, Changhua. Besides, “Shinhochun” is very near to my home, Mr. Chang treats us very well, and I have never had the idea to leave “Shinhochun”.

Q4：Mr. Li, have you had any idea for the making of soy sauce？

A：I have no special ideas, but I worry more about that the young people are unwilling to engage in such job. The employees in “Shinhochun” like us are more than 50 years old. Fortunately, the son of Mr. Chang has come back for help now. This makes me feel very happy.
