Learning Experience-Field Interview
Before the field visit and interview, the teacher requires us to make preparations for query data, for instance, the understanding of enterprise organization and enterprise history, the acquaintance of the basic knowledge of soy sauce, conception of interviewees, finalizing the interview content, etc. We also make the preparation for them with all our heart. We are looking forward to the coming of interview. For the making of this Cyberfair project, we have gone to “Shinhochun” for three times: the first time is for visit and interview, the second time is for Soy Sauce DIY, and the third time is to take more photos to be used in project in December. Thank Mr. Chang for showing us the soy sauce used in this project and this batch of soy sauce has been fermented for about 150 days. Dig the soy sauce in the middle and we can see the “aged soy sauce” in the jar. At that moment, all the team members have the satisfied sense of achievement in their inner hearts.
