Learning Experience-Conception of Cyberfair project

I act as the captain in this team. Last year, I also participated in “Cyberfair” for the first time and I had no rich experience at that time. Therefore, the whole work content and webpage making are completed in a very short time. So it is certain that we did not win the prize for that project. In this year, I would like to participate in the project again. I pick up the experience from the last contest and think about how to improve the shortcomings in the last contest. In the end, I think that I have not managed the time effectively last time. Therefore, it is the key to the success of Cyberfair project that we should plan the Cyberfair project in advance and make effective use of the summer vocation.

We make use of summer vocation to make Cyberfair project, and I turn to my director of after school class to borrow the field. At the news of the project, the director readily promises to lend it to me. Many of my schoolmates and freshmen are also interested in participating in this project. Through our discussion, we finally decide to form a team across the classes and grades to participate in this contest.

In our team, there is one advantage: all of us can meet with each other in after school class every day. We can also make an effective use of this advantage to discuss the accumulated afterthoughts during a period of time every day. In May, we have discussed the work which is necessary to be done before summer vocation as well as the distribution of beforehand work. Thus, we can try our best to complete project content and interview parts during the summer vocation; and then after coming back to school, we will have the sufficient time to make webpage. As for these ideas, our adviser also identifies us and promises to provide us with necessary assistance and discussion during the summer vocation. We would like to thank all the teachers for their pains during the vocation.

1. Determining the project theme

After the field and team members are all determined, the most important thing is to determine the project theme. Thus, we can make use of time to find out the relevant data. Through our discussion with the teachers again and again, we view the previous works together on the internet. Finally, we determine to use the theme of Shinhochun Soy Sauce to participate in the contest.

2. Confirming the project outline

After determining the project theme, we discuss and sort out the project making outline of the website, which is the direction and outline of the whole Cyberfair project. With the outline, our team can know what items are required to be done and we can carry out the Cyberfair project in groups.

3. Project work assignment and the establishment of the working group

After determining Project outline items, we make an assignment table on working group and sort it out as follows:

4. Project work progress chart

After determining the working group, we plan out the work progress chart to effectively carry out each item of work and the work progress chart is sorted out as follows:

5. Learning and harvest from project

With the experience for last contest, the webpage making for this time becomes smoother. Through numerous discussions, we learn to sort out and conclude the data and transform them into the table which can be read and understood much easier. Also, the communication in the process of visit and interview makes us learn how to treat others and deal with things.
