※ Project Meeting 1 ※ Time：2015/05/09 09:00-12:00 ※ Place：Chang-Sing Junior High School computer classroom ※ Meeting theme：viewing the previous works ※ Image description：researching and discussing the previous works on the internet ※ Work content： (1)understanding the significance and spirit of Cyberfair; (2)viewing the previous works on the internet;(3)understanding Cyberfair’s categories, such as Local Leaders, Community Groups……etc;(4) understanding the full view of one piece of project and obtaining some basic concepts;(5)selecting the theme and starting the first step of project making;(6)distributing the theme and making use of spare time to seek for data;(7) in the next meeting, all team members put forward their own ideas and introduces their own theme projects found by them to make a discussion.

※ Project Meeting 3 ※ Time：2015/05/23 08:30-12:00 ※ Place：Chang-Sing Junior High School meeting room ※ Meeting theme：discussion of soy sauce knowledge ※ Image description：discussion of soy sauce knowledge ※Work content： (1) data discussion and organization; (2) learning data classification and conclusion, including the origin and history of soy sauce, classification of soy sauce, the explanation of nouns of soy sauce, raw materials of soy sauce, making method of soy sauce, etc;(3) we have contacted Mr. Chang of Shinhochun Soy Sauce and he is willing to accept our visit and interview; (4) everyone makes use of the spare time to transform the data into Word document; (5) next time, we will get together to discuss the relevant data of Shinhochun Soy Sauce.

※ Project Meeting 10 ※ Time：2015/07/25 07:30-15:00 ※ Place：《Shinhochun Soy Sauce ※ Meeting theme：visit and interview Shinhochun Soy Sauce ※ Image description：visit and interview “Shinhochun” ※ Work content： (1) understanding the history of “Shinhochun” through visiting and interviewing it; (2) through Mr. Chang’s guiding and introducing the making steps of soy sauce, we have understood the brewing methods of soy sauce; (3) completing the interview activities on Mr. Chang, employees, customers and neighbors; (4) completing the photo taking of relevant content; (5) completing the photo taking of the entire serial products of “Shinhochun”;(6) confirming the Soy Sauce DIY; the actual participation can be conducted another day

※ Project Meeting 12 ※ Time：2015/08/08 10:00-19:30 ※ Place：front yard of team member’s house ※ Meeting theme：Soy Sauce cuisine DIY ※ Image description：the completed cuisine ※ Work content： (1) menu includes braised food, angel egg, three-cup chicken and fried noodles; (2)buying vegetables in the vegetable market; (3) the preparatory work before DIY, such as washing and cutting vegetables, etc; (4) with the guidance of parents, we work together to complete the various dishes.

※ Project Meeting 13 ※ Time：2015/08/15 08:00-16:30 ※ Place：《Shinhochun Soy Sauce ※ Meeting theme：Soy Sauce DIY ※ Image description：Soy Sauce DIY ※ Work content： (1) experiencing the making of soy sauce in “Shinhochun”; (2) verifying whether the 12 brewing steps sorted out by our team is correct, including selecting the super black soybeans, soaking and cooking the black soybeans, making koji, seeding koji, being fermented, washing koji, exposing the black soybeans under the sun for a long time, putting the black soybeans in the jar and sprinkling salt on them, being exposed under the sun, pressing the black soybeans after the ripening, being seasoned and bottled and being sterilized with high temperature, being packaged; (3) returning “Shinhochun” with our efforts.

※ Project Meeting 14 ※ Time：2015/08/22 13:30-17:00 ※ Place：Hsinlihsiao classroom ※ Meeting theme：discussion on enterprise analysis report content ※ Image description：SWOT analysis ※ Work content： (1)discussion on enterprise analysis content, including 4Ps analysis, SWOT analysis, Forces analysis and STP analysis;(2) making the content into analysis form; (3) through this Cyberfair project, actually completing the enterprise competitiveness analysis

※ Project Meeting 15 ※ Time：2015/08/29 13:30-17:00 ※ Place：Hsinlihsiao classroom ※ Meeting theme：data summary and organization in the project phase ※ Image description：the well-organized Word document data ※ Work content： (1)sorting out the photos and data intensively for one time and delivering them to the captain for saving and storage; (2) as for the text and data which have not been transformed into Word document, everyone will assist in processing them today; (3) confirming whether the data and photos are rich enough to complete this Cyberfair project
