Minquan market
awards the three star honor as a primer market, is located in
the central of Changhua City that makes Minquan market is easy
to approach and always busy. You might find the Minquan market
is similar to other traditional markets by the first impression;
however, it is actually quite different from others. It is
Saturday, my mother, I and other four research members are going
to shop in Minquan market and experience its style and features.
Welcome to Minquan market
Wow~ There are so many people. Some people take a walk to visit and some ride scooters. The interior organization of Minquan market is bright and very neat .
My mother patiently introduces us different sort of fishes such as perch, milkfish, skinning fish. It is just too many to remember even if we were trying so hard to remember them. It is still not easy to remember them all at the first time .
We went to the fruit stand to buy fruits. There are a lot of different kinds of fruits like pears, custard apple, dates, oranges ...etc., they all look good and tasty. The oranges are fresh and smell aromatic.
The dates look delicious, the orange is good, too! So we started picking up some to buy. Hope I can take all of them back to home.
After paying for fruit, we quickly go to wash fruits and enjoy directly.
After enjoying fruits, we set off again and ahead to buy vegetables. So many different kind of vegetables.
Could you name those vegetables in our hands? There are mushroom, broccoli,cabbage, kohlrabi. See! We have been well trained.
We really could not tell the difference between "spring onions" and "leeks", because they all look quite the same to us. This is spring onions This is leeks
Wow~ So many delicious dishes. The brined cabbage looks delicious ! Is our favorite. We brought a large size one.
On the way home, we saw a "special thing". Guess! what is it?
We were hungry again, let's go to eat something special!
On the fifth floor of Minquan market, there is a gym "Civil Fitness Centre", it is about 760 squares. It is divided into ladies and gentlemen sections. The facilities involves hundreds of top fitness equipments and three dance studios, steam room, oven and other new equipments. Let's get ready to experience it! The chairman, Chen Menggui of Minquans Community Development Association, specially leads us and introduces the gym in person. The chairman, Chen Menggui leads us to visit the gym.
This is flywheel car. Trying how fast my legs can be. Look! how serious I am ! This is the upright bike. You have to step it hardy. I believe that daily exercise will make you stronger quickly. look! My arm force is good! It is only a pose! I need eat and practice more.
The treadmill for us is easy. We can walking and humming at the same time. because we often go jogging in school.
This is the stepper. If you want to in sharp, you have to
exercise more often.
However, it is a big challenge to me, I am only a little girl.
This is a cross-training machine, also known as sliding machine, is often used for body coordination and bodybuilding. We two really want our physique more in sharp. Let' keep going!
Postscript: This exercise can be days exercise to us; however, we still could do it more. We are still very young, aren't we?

Postscript: We are surprised where are many historic temples around Minquans community. if we do not participate the web fair competition, we won't discover those! We are glad that we have such a good opportunity to experience the history of our own hometown.
