            What’s [Community Building]? The key point of Community Buildingt is the residents can plan their owner community by themselves , The Purpose of Community Building promote and motivation is inspire love awareness of the community come from their involving and planning.

          In other words, The purpose of the Community Building is not create or build something real stuff ,the most important is improve the life of quality due to community participation and life community.

         Community Building is slow and lack of performance due to the Community affairs are boring and trivial always.

         The only way can make it move forward and boot life quality that is comprehensive consideration ,whole picture planning ,all of residents devote ,involve and care about it in planning,Therefore ,Changhua County Government Offices at community Building plan for the build, promote and integrate the program, set up special "Changhua County Community Building to promote and co-ordinate the work of the Committee Since August ,Republic of China 90 Years

         The purpose and goal what’s the Changhua County Community Building Committee establish is design a practically policy for Changhua County Community Building by collecting and consolidate all of the bureaus at the Community Building relevant information, construct and create a community information website.

        In the meantime ,establish a Changhua County Community Building Working Group for integration of all  community project, the overall systematic promote Changhua County Community Building.
