The school cook patiently taught us how to make a great pineapple jam.

The experience of making pineapple jams

1.Peal a pineapple and press it into a mashed pineapple. Squeeze fresh lemon juice for preparation.
2.Prepare maltose and granulated sugar
3.Put mashed pineapple into a pot, adding lemon juice and maltose.
4.After melting maltose, add granulated sugar into the pot.
5.Boil the pot, and then cook it with small fire
6.Keep stirring it during the process
7.Cook it until the jam is thick
8.Put the jam into a empty bottle
9.Done

Delicious pineapple jams are nicely done thanks to the school cook’s help.
Even thought there were some small problems during the process, we still have conquuered them and made perfect jams.
