There are three treasures in Kuanmiao - pineapple, bamboo and noodles, and pineapple is the most famous one. the soil in Kuanmiao are perfect for this fruit. Besides that, Kuanmiao is as known as the hometown of sunshine. Within plenty of sunshine and suitable soil, the quality of Kuanmiao’s pineapple is regarded as the greatest ones in Taiwan. Therefore, Kuanmiao is also called the hometown of pineapple.
