Field study preparation and planning

1.        Field investigation

     We planned to visit the animal shelters and NCUE, to interview the views and information of vets and the people from NUCE’s society on stray dog.

 

2.        Detailed field investigation

     As we are heading out of school for proper investigation, our teacher wanted us to know the technique of an interview:

 

1.        Keep eye contact of the interviewee

2.        Use body language to help expressing your contents

3.        Nodding and responding, expressing that you are listening

4.        Show them that you are interested and concentrated

5.        Repeat partially when replying the interviewee, showing that you listened and understood, and it also enables them to correct you misunderstanding

6.        Don’t interrupt the speaker

7.        Be sincere and humble

 

    I believe, that there are many areas in which we can improve and do better, and I hope that we can all do better.
