★Surveys
To further understand what our classmates know about the JW Eco-Technology and what the visitors of our website want to learn, we surveyed the 6th graders at our school.
In our research team, we discussed some possible survey questions, organized our ideas, and finalized the survey questions. We distributed the survey to all of the 6th graders at school, and they all answered the questions carefully. However, some students found the survey difficult because they were not familiar with the JW Eco-Technology. Nevertheless, our classmates tried their best and were helpful in assisting us gather the survey results.
After collecting the surveys, our teacher asked us to record the survey results on an Excel spreadsheet and create some statistical graphs. We also needed to analyze the data and make predictions based on the result. When it comes to analyzing data and making predictions, we often think the teacher would do the work since they always seemed to have a lot of ideas and suggestions for us. However, this time, it was our responsibility to complete this task. It was certainly very challenging.
With a lot of time and effort spent on the survey, we finally finished it! We became more familiar with Excel spreadsheet, and this learning process also enhanced my ability to evaluate and analyze data. We benefited greatly from this survey process!
