In fact, the GiuCheinGon Temple trail is not popular for people to visit, one of the reason is far away from the cable station, secondly, the length of the tail is only 400 meters, a bit too short for hiking, the only way of the distinctive part is GiuCheinGon Temple. However, if you believe folk religions, it’s worthy to visit because there is a giant stone looks like turtle, the stone is very cute to has tortoiseshells and limbs. For point of view from Taiwan folk religion, the turtle is not the only one with magical story, but the GiuCheinGon Temple which in Wenshan district next to us, therefore we are interested to visit.
The GiuCheinGon is a Taoism temple, the history of the temple is not long since 1966, according to the brief of the temple, in 1984 the volunteers would like to reclaim a lounge in the temple, then found a piece of rock which look like turtle head, onward, they found the rock with tortoiseshells even the limbs are obvious, it’s really rare to have this kind of stone, in the religious sense it is "God", then they wrapped the rock with red cloth to display publicly.
