You may find the Health trail from ZhiShan tea plantation, to enter from the Tea Develop center or the Stamping pavilion, we are going up from ZhiShang tea plantation, firstly will find the cypress plantation of grandpa Zhang Zishan, along the land of wooden boardwalk which belong to grandpa Zhang! Because of attracting more people to enjoy the beautiful scenery here, he lends to Public Works Department to build the boardwalk, let everyone walk from here to enjoy the tea garden views. The cypress in grandpa Zhang’s garden is really beautiful, addition, there are chamaecyparis, stout camphor and other precious trees, when you visit here, be sure to appreciate these precious and beautiful trees.
Same as the name Health trail, it is very healthy to walk on, in addition to enjoy phytoncid, to climb the stairs is benefit of fitness, build the wooden squirrel which made by discard woods after building boardwalk on the side of trails, you may try to find the squirrels when walk it on.
Transportation:
There are 3 entrances to reach th Health trail, subject to where the visitors come from. You can drive along the ZhiNan road sec. 3, or out of Maokong cable station then turn left, along the ZhiNan road sec. 3 to go toward, after TienEnGong temple, arrived at the TieGuanYin tea & BaoZhong tea Promotion and Research center, you will find the 2nd entrance. Further forward again will go through the Stamping pavilion, there is indicator of access to the Health trail (the trail next to the Tea Develop center). Alternatively, you can walk up to the TuDiGong temple from the ZhiShan tea plantation.

I recommend the Health trail, though it’s a bit hard to go up, you can appreciate the real cypress from grandpa Zhang’s garden, to look from top to down for the spectacular view.
