To better understand the research subject, Red on Tree, in its way of producing products, we organized a visit to its factory and made jam personally.

We were excited to have this opportunity of experiencing jam making in a well-organized factory. Even with photo taking, we decided to present the process of jam making with our painting. The colorful paintings made the process seemingly interesting. To enrich the webpage, we planned to compile the paintings into an e-book.

We divided the procedures into six steps: 1) mince the fruit into pieces; 2) places the fruits into a bowl and add sugar, natural flavors and mix them; 3) let the bowl of fruit to sit for two days; 4) place the fruits into a heated bronze pan on the gas stove, and mix again; 5) bottling and disinfection; 6) preservation after cooling. We have painted pictures about the six steps, and used the software to produce an e-book with these pictures, along with the front and back covers. Readers may turn the pages on the screen and enjoy reading this e-book.
