2. Introduction of Our Community:
  Cheng-Kung Green Garden Camping Place for learning is located at Gongyuan Rd, Changhua City and the foot of Baguashan Mountain, which is the green land close to Changhua City. You can reach there from the city in five minutes. The Park was "Cheng-Kung Military Camp", a military camp for artillery. In 1993, the army moved out, after that, Changhua City Government took over and planed to reuse and develop the camp. In 2002, the place was transformed into Cheng-Kung Green Camping Place for Learning which is the center for environmental education for urban people. Now, Green Camp has been a good neighbour because of the vast biodiversity and a place for relaxing; plus, the camping place is linked to Baguashan Mountain National Scenic Area. Green Garden Camping Place has been a complete tour route in Changhua. There are over 20 kinds of birds and 160 kinds of plants in the Park. The Green Garden Camping Place comprised of enormous biodiversity, which is a best place for family trip on weekends, also for environmental education to schools in Changhua City.
3. Project Abstract
  Cheng-Kung Green Camping Place for Learning in the Park comprised of vast natural resources, historic military buildings. There are regular activities for ecological education; nevertheless, many citizens haven't know this camping place. Therefore, we hope to know more the local attractions in Cheng-Kung Green Camping Place for Learning through the project, questionnaire and interviews. We want to organize some intriguing activities with our "little" effort. By this way, we believe more and more people can know Cheng-Kung Green Camping Place for Learning, the beautiful and educational secrete garden in Changhua City.
4. Internet
a. There is 100mb Fibre Optic Cable in our school internet, which is linked to the central network of Changhua City.
b. In our school intranet, the main cable's bandwidth is 1gb; the sub cable is 100mb.
c. We access the internet with personal desktop via ADSL or the internet from the community.
d. There are 2 computer classrooms. We used these rooms to gather, compile and edit the documents and the web pages in the noon, after school and on the weekends.
e. We used "Share" on Google Drive to deliver the documents to all the teammates.
5. The Hurdles We Overcame:
  We met a lot of difficulties including choosing the category, forming the initial concept, job allocation, web pages building and usage of technologies. But these hurdles pushed us to think about the solutions, the details are below:
(1) The Beginning~Choosing the Category:
  In the beginning, we decided to choose Cheng-Kung Green Camping Place for Learning as our project topic because some of us have attended the activities in the Green Camping Place. We thought the military buildings and natural species in the Park is worth studying; however, we argued over choosing the category for applying the Cyberfair; some teammates thought it should be "Local Attractions"; others thought it should be "Historical Landmarks"; the rest of us thought it is "Environmental Awareness." Every of us has different opinions, but after our first visit to the Park, we fell in love with the natural and original environment; we reached a consensus on second discussion. The topic should be classified into "Local Attractions" because we wanted to share this place with the public and attract more people. The Park is recommended for family trip. which is entertaining, educational, ecological and Eco-friendly. We believe that the visitors can be fulfill, no matter spiritually or educationally.
(2) First Step~Forming the Concept:
  When we made our choice on the category, we divided into two groups. One was responsible for gathering references, the other studied the elements and tips of promoting local attractions. We discussed once we gathered enough references. We tried to form the outline of the project, but all of us didn't share the same ideas. After several discussions, we didn't make a clear outline. At that time, we found making a project is not as easy as we thought. Our teachers encouraged us and gave us hints, they said the first step is always the hardest one. Gradually, we reached a consensus step. We analyzed the topic, learned to discuss with effectiveness and conclude ideas. At the end, the outline of the project was formed.
(3) The Progress~Making the Project:
  Once the outline has been done, we started to study our object. The biggest difficulty is job allocation. People have different characteristics and strengths; hence, some people might complain about the allocation is not fair; some did too much, some didn't. Thanks to the assistance from our teachers, they allocated our jobs based on our strengths so that we can do our best to make progress on the project.
(4) The Ending~The Ability of using devices and technologies:
  All of us are 5th grade students. We have computer class since 3rd grade, so we already acquired basic computer skills. We used Share on Google Drive for uploading every message and review to share with one another; hence, it is easy for us to upload and arrange documents. On the other hand, we need to learn more about manipulation of media. We met many problems on editing photos and videos and building web pages. We didn't have basic design, typesetting and editing techniques. We had quarrels which were really tough for us, but brought us together at the same time. The arguments made us grow.
6. Review:
  After the first visit to the Green Camping Place, we reached agreement. We want to promote Cheng-Kung Green Camping Place for Learning to make the residents, Taiwanese and people from the whole world know this beautiful place. Making the project was like on a roller coaster. We have met enthusiastic people, and been given the cold shoulder. Fortunately, people shared the same ideas with us and loved this place, who are willing to contribute toward the Park. Besides, thanks to the encouragements and assistance from the teachers, employees and volunteers in Green Camping Place, we, a bunch of kids, can accomplish our goal without worries. We hope Green Explorerscan push the Green Garden Camping Place into other cities and turn it into main attraction in Taiwan, further, into the international attraction.
