Taiwan Fund for Children and Families is a well-known social welfare organizations, but very few people know its Child Development Center, so He-Ren loving angels explore this

center located in Hemei, Changhua.

The Child Development Center takes care of children under 12 years old who have delays or disabilities. We call these children as slow-flying angels. These angels cannot receive education with healthy children of the same age, or even cannot take care of themselves, so they are most in need of care and help in the growth process.
