Research Afterthoughts

Tzu-ning Liao

In this Cyberfair project, we learn how to use Internet technologies and animation production. This topic also teaches me more about the organization of Nanyao Temple Zhenxing She. Its contribution is closely linked to our life. In the webpage-making process, we forgive and care for each other. Even though we have conflicts and arguments sometimes, we overcome all of these. I am impressed when I see everyone put in a lot of effort. Even though we work hard with members to catch up to schedule or push for delivering reports, I am bothered. I feel the progress of our minds for participating in this activity is the most important thing. Thanks to the instructors and Team Inspiration members who accompany us to the end.

The topic of this visit is important to promote to the community. Most people do not have good impressions on temple troupes, so we should more clearly introduce to people, the culture and background of Nanyao Temple Zhenxing She, the efforts ancients put in to establish Nanyao Temple Zhenxing She, social changes, cultural conflicts, and the misunderstanding of most people to Nanyao Temple Zhenxing She. I hope that through this Cyberfair project, people will understand Nanyao Temple Zhenxing She, and help to carry on this culture forever. Even though there are some conflicts in the process, we walk through these. When we finish, we all are very happy. Thank you Team Inspiration members for helping me to walk through these days, and letting me learn a lot. Thank you!

This was my first time participating in the Cyberfair project, so I was very nervous. I recall that sometimes I felt like I was wasting time, and sometimes the time passed in a hurry. I appreciate our team members for forgiving my insufficiency. In this Cyberfair project, I found some images of members that I have never seen before. Even though everyone has different opinions on many things, we all learned how to respect others’ opinions. This Cyberfair project helped me learn a lot and grow up a lot. Even though my opinions were always opposite of others, I changed my thinking to go with everyone’s ideas.

From the visit and research in the Cyberfair project, I learned that Zhenxing She and our lives are closely linked. I did not know anything about computers, but I learned how to make a webpage and other related valuable knowledge. In our few group meetings and discussions, we had a few conflicts and arguments, but we eventually resolved these one by one. I felt the most important thing for this competition was that we grew understanding and unity through this competition. We learned how to distribute work and work together, and also how to accept and respect others’ opinions and thinking. Some people say: “The process is more important than the results.” I think regardless of what the result is, we already learned a very valuable experience.

I was very curious after joining the Cyberfair project, which I haven’t participated in before, so I have lots of thoughts for this Cyberfair project. I hope there will be a perfect ending for this project so that all our members won’t waste their time and ideas. I also hope that our research can introduce the topics and people we have visited through the Cyberfair project, so that these people, events and objects may be carried on.

This was the first time for me to participate in a competition of introducing things through the Internet. I felt very nervous, and was afraid of becoming an obstacle to other members. I didn’t want to be a burden to the team, so I will do my best to complete my job perfectly. Originally, I did not know much about computer software, but with the teachers’ guidance, I know how to use it now, so I will do my best to help this project. From this project, I learned for the first time that martial arts exist. I was very interested and want to learn, but my academic schedule was too full for me to learn. I hope that I can share with everyone through the Cyberfair project, so that these martial arts will be able to carry on to the next generation.

This was the first time for me to participate in the Internet competition. I felt curious and nervous. Even though I am not good with the Internet, I have learned a lot about making webpages. I learned how to use a lot of software. In the beginning, I could not understand the class, but I tried my best to take notes. I was a big fool compared to others in computer science, but now I have pretty much caught up to everyone’s progress. Even though we had many arguments during this period of time, and I could not resolve nor deal with these, I now think of this from another angle, that everyone has different thought. I can learn to understand other people’s thoughts. The moment when we combine everybody’s idea, we are in our most united moment. If we can resolve our different opinions, we can unite together even stronger. I hope we can complete the Cyberfair project perfectly, one step at a time.
