After deciding to participate in the competition, we asked Ms. Du, one of the art teacher at our school, to instruct us painting skills for showing the beauty of CRH.

Choosing the topic and painting media
We discussed with Ms. Du.
Hsuan-Neng decided to draw a picture in black-and-white.
Ju-Chun chose to make a scratching painting of her narration topic.

3D perspectives are very important while composing.
Ms. Du instructed us how to compose.
Hsuan-Neng drew a train quickly.
Ju-Chun started to scratch with confidence.

We used black tip pens to make strokes and decided our painting materials, such as soft crayon or watercolor.
Hung-Chi did not have confidence in painting but he really did a good job.
Chun-Kai presented Changhua Roundhouse perfectly.
The lines of railway on Cheng-Yo’s scratching painting were beautiful.

While coloring, we took notice of lights and shades to make painting well-organized.
Our black-and white painting focused on the lines and lights and shades.
We mixed similar color together.
We use the color markers to paint the details.

We Colored every tiny detail carefully.

We colored the background with watercolor entirely.

Our works took almost a month and were finally completed.
The lights and shades contrast better with more lines.
Different lines were scratched on the background.
The sky was presented with the blends of watercolor.
