When we were choosing the topic of this project, our teacher wanted us to choose one topic from Kang Chiao Tian Yuan, Wu Chong Xu, and Din Tai Fung. Finally, Din Tai Fung became the topic of our project.
Every time we visited Din Tai Fung, the staffs kindly let us ask as many as questions about their company and jobs. We visited their central kitchen and had an opportunity to serve the students from Ci-Sain Elementary School.
During the research process, we had faced some problems. For example, we didn’t save the data properly, so we couldn’t effectively find the information. Also, we needed to compose both Chinese and English writing at the same time, so we were sometimes behind the schedule.
Although we had several problems, we still learned something new.
Finally, we found out the secrets that customers wanted to go to Din Tai Fung again. Customers loved the fresh food and thoughtful services there.
