Given the importance of science education, the TECO has realized that the tribal schools in remote areas are in need of sufficient learning resources. Thus, the Exclamation Point set up “Tribal Children Creative Science Learning Program” and strived for applying educational subsidies from the Ministry of Education. On the other hand, Mr Tien Yuan, a science teacher of the program, has initiated so called “tea cans donation”. He stated that small donations can also contribute much help to paying expenses on learning materials and transportation.
