I am the leader of the Sky-dreamer and I am very glad to have the opportunity to join International CyberFair with other five younger school sisters and brothers. I’m interested in learning. When my teacher encouraged me to participate in this project, I was thrilled to take the challenge. Just as expected, the experience of doing the project is so different from learning in a classroom. We had to show a variety of abilities, to do interviews, to write poems, to fly kites, to edit video, to design the web pages, etc. Though the process of doing the program is difficult, I gained a lot from it. The more important lesson that I got is that I learned how to cooperate and collaborate within a team. What’s more, Mr. Huang’s wisdom and perseverance is the great personal trait that I look up to. I am very happy to participate in this activity, and wish we could have excellent performance. |

My name is Yu-Chen , I go to Xinsheng elementary school, grade 5 class 3. I enjoy playing and learning with my classmates. I am delightful hanging around with them everyday. This is a great experience that I have the chance to join the International CyberFair with other 5 classmates. I like the topic “Kite” very much because it enables me to see different types of kites, imaging myself flying freely in the sky. Even though we often got tired when we were working on the project, it was so funny and exciting when we got together. I wish we could win the prize. |

I and Yu-Chen had ever participated in the “ I am a little anchor ” competition and won the first prize. That is a project about fair trade. With that experience, I got very interested in doing project. I got a sense of achievement joining the Sky dreamer because this project is more difficult than the fair trade project. Furthermore, I’m very glad to have this great opportunity to meet Mr. Huang. His story really inspires me. I am very impressive by his efforts to use art kite to introduce Taiwan’s culture to the world. |

My name is Ann Tan. My favorite subject is social studies because it relates close to our daily life and easier for me to understand. In addition, my social studies teacher often applies some interesting teaching material in the class to inspire our learning interest. The project for the International CyberFair is a kind of in-depth learning for social studies. Participating in this project enables me to understand the research methods and process. Studying in Paris in the future is my dream. I want to become a baker and make desserts to share with more people. Mr. Huang’s story about how to stick to the dream and become a successful kite artist inspired me a lot. I will work hard and I believe my dream will come true. |

My name is Chuyun Chiu. I go to Xinsheng elementary school, grade 5 class3. I like learning very much and I study hard as well. I got spectacular grade on both drawing competition and music examination and I hope I can keep doing so. One thing that I want myself to work on is to have a generous mind and being confident of myself. I will do my best to fulfill my expectation that I set for myself and make myself be closer to perfection. It is very delighted that our team members created a strong bond with each other during the process of working on the project. The most important part of a competition is the process that we strive for the work rather than if we win or lose in the end. So, as long as we have already done our best, regardless of the grade, I would still feel very proud. |

My name is Hsin-Ju Lin. I go to Xinsheng elementary school, grade 4 Class 6. I am really happy to have the chance to participate in the International CyberFair with school sisters and brothers. Although I am the youngest one in the team, I am able to complete the assigned job. It is a great honor for me to have the opportunity to interview the kite expert Buteo Huang. He is not only one of the great kite artists in Taiwan, but also a famous one internationally. We spent a great deal of time and efforts doing the project. It is for sure pretty hard, but I think it is worth doing. Hope our efforts can be appreciated. Thank you! |
