/Working System/
Members of Tnunan are arranged works and gains by the association. One does not get more just because he is a cadre, elders or leader. When this system was established in 2004, the men and women got ten thousand dollars per month for salary. Then there was a time women received two thousand dollars more than men. In this year (2010), they decided to adjust male and female salaries to fourteen thousand dollars per month.
Tnunan members must arrive the square of Ya Zhu restaurant before 8 am everyday and are assigned daily work by the department of human resource.
Assignments are divided into male team and female team. While the "male team" is responsible for hunting, paving, building houses and bridges, explaining tribal history, providing booking and catering services, purchasing food, planting crops and any other works that need more manpower. While the other side is the "female team", they are responsible for the overall management and cleaning sheets, pillowcases, and cleaning the room, doing tourists’ catering management, helping plant seasonal crops, carving wood crafts and so on. Then the women are also responsible for cooking for the family and cleaning the restaurant. So the workload of women is very heavy. To solve the chaos resulting from different workload, women's tasks are all up to the draw now.
Each household with infants and young children should take them to the care depot, there are assigned person to take care of infants and young children for working parents. All members will come back Ya Zhu restaurant for meal at lunch time and dinner time.
After assigning the work, Chieftain Icyeh Sulung will lead everyone to pray, and then they start to work.
