| In order to implement Tnunan Smangus’s operation, the entire organization was divided into three divisions and nine departments. Three divisions mean Smangus church, tribal councils and Smangus Development Association Secretary. Nine departments are Department of environment and ecology (for protecting the environment), the Department of agricultural land (Tube farming), the Department of education and culture, Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of Finance (accounting), the Department of B & B restaurant (including accommodation, restaurants, grocery stations and coffee shops), Department of public works , Department of R & D (new ideas, products and new business models) and HR Department. |
