After the people in Smangus learned from Israel’s KIBBUT, they learned that farms in Israel were very successful. For the sustainable development in Smangus, people here began to encourage the tribe to share their lands. |
If the people shared the lands, it would be easier for the society to plan how to sustainably develop their lands. People would simply have to focus on the job they had been assigned so they didn’t have to waste their time and energy doing the same farming works. |
Most important of all, land sharing was the one of the valuable spirits in Atayal Gaga that the people desired to find back. |
On January 1st, 2004, the tribe practiced the land sharing system, industry sharing, and the Tnunan's care system. |
