You would never imagine that “Cooperative management model” is from a restaurant called Ya Zhu.

Tribe Smangus is a male-dominated society. All the decisions are made by men. How can everything be fair to everyone? How can everyone share the same responsibility? The women in the tribe have already taken the action to work together while the men are still quarreling how to share the work. They decided to run a restaurant together.

It started with about eight or nine women who bought pots and tables and ran a restaurant together. They used to run their business alone. They had to shop and cook by themselves and often fought for customers. Their relationship was very intense. Not for long, they realized that cooperation is the only way to gain a win-win situation. By managing the restaurant together, they could have more energy to take care of their own families.

This is how the first Cooperative management model, Ya Zhu restaurant, was formed.
