Reflection
We did learn very much today. Not only we knew the ecology of geese and saw the goslings. Shan’s family treated us enthusiastically. Thanks to them.

Reflection
When visiting the stores, the bosses answered us enthusiastically and supported us. Furthermore, the boss of A-Xing 168 Goose Restaurant treated us a plate of goose. Wow, how delicious it is.

He told us the long history of Xiaying Farmers’ Association, so he knew very much about the vicissitudes of the goose property. We really could called him, “Master of goose in Xiaying”

Reflections
Mr. Jiang told us the history and vicissitudes of goose property in Xiaying. Especially the origin of the tea-smoked goose. It is very fun to learn this, and we learned very much.
