　　Symmetric to the Jen cell block, and the Yong cell block matches the Chih block. The Yong cell block is also divided into solitary and mixed cells. However, solitary cells at the Yong cell block are different than the solitary cells at the Jen cell block. Solitary rooms in the Jen cell block are for new inmates to live alone and adjust their moods, while solitary rooms in the Yong cell block are for inmates who are about to leave prison to adjust to society. When inmates are paroled or when their sentences are almost over, the prison administration moves inmate to solitary cells at the Yong cell block. Since these inmates have been separated from society for too long, they have lowered abilities to adjust to social change. Therefore, it is important to let his heart be calm, to think about how to blend into society, and use the skills they learned in prison to begin their new lives. They should also think about what kind of work to do after leaving prison, and how to deal with friends and relatives; these are the reasons for solitary cells at the Yong cell block.
