1、How many times had you taken THSR?
This is the first time about 2~5 times about 6~9 times more than10 time

Most people had taken THSR about 2~5 times, which accounts for 42%.  Many people had ridden it for more than 10 times.  That means people usually take the train once a month.  It indicates that THSR is convenient for people and it gets good reputation.

2、What is your purpose to take THSR?
go for work go out the office for business  travel other reasons

According this chart, there are many people who take THSR to out of office for business, it observe the percent of 57%.  It indicates that THSR helps the commuters a lot.  We can detect that of goal of “One-day Living Circle” is not a dream anymore.

Go for work: 1 person (2%)

3、How do you book a ticket?
go to a railroad station   auto machine which sells ticket by phone
other way of booking ticket you’re your relatives and hostel to help booking the ticket

According to this chart, most people use tickets window and auto machine. There are many people to take freedom seats.  Most people buy the tickets when they got to the station.

The ways to buy the tickets:

4、Are you satisfied with the service of the THSR ticket system?
highly satisfied  satisfied  ok  not satisfied, because:

From the picture below, almost everyone is pleased with the ticket system. One of the reasons why people are not pleased with the system is that the ticket buying machine can’t exchange the bill etc.  Actually, we think this is a small problem, but maybe THSRC can take the suggestion into consideration.

5、 Are you satisfied with the facilities and the service in the carriage?
extremely satisfied  satisfied  ok  not satisfied, because:

From the picture below, we can know that the passengers had a pretty good comment with the facilities and the service in the rail way carriage.  There are over 70% of the passengers who give positive comments.  Contrarily there are no people that were not pleased.  This result wasn’t out of our expectation!

Most people have positive feedback for the attendants.  That means the discipline of the staff are successful and THRS really make efforts on it.
