If you know of neighbors who have passed away and are in need of relief for coffins to be subsidized by the Organization, you can call General Affairs at (05)2756617.

Application materials:

• The application
• Proof from village or township head regarding poverty
• Original receipt for coffin purchase
• Original receipt of proof of death
• One copy of residence registration (removal)
• Applications not accepted after the funeral

Method of paying merit funds:

If you want to pay merit funds, you can use the following means.

• Postal remittance to the Charity Organization, at account number 31374340.
• Go to a site of bridge-building, and pay to the receiver.
• Pay to local service personnel, receive the receipt, or mail back the second half of the receipt, and check to see if it has been signed and stamped by the receiver

Local people can request and apply for construction registration to the Organization. The site would be investigated by a council member or supervisor, then voted on by council and supervisory board meetings. Then designing begins, followed by evaluation of budget and sequence of operations, and a time is arranged for the construction

Application process:

 [Fill out application] → [Approval signatures from the owners of the two ends of the bridge] → [Returned to the Organization to ascertain length, width, and height] → [Plan for the construction method after approval] → [Budget passes at the council and supervisory board] → [Date of construction is arranged for and applicant is notified]
