Lian Chia-en receives knighthood from Burkina Faso government
Lian Chia-en is the first Taiwanese civilian to receive knighthood from Burkina Faso. On December 30, 2005, Burkina Faso's diplomat Jacques Sawadogo presented to him this very high honor. (from Reuters reporter Rong Chen, from Taipei on the 30th)
