Question 4 ：Why lighthouses are all painted white?

Not all of the lighthouses are designed with the white tower bodies. For example, there are three lighthouses
of different colors in my hometown Chenggong Township of Taitung County, including two red one and one green. The red one is an international lighthouse that flashes in red, and the green on flashes in green.
