        During the early days of KMRT construction, accidents happened have caused the public have doubts in the system. Plus, the public know little about KMRT. The Company has done some publicity events to help the citizens understand more about KMRT and eventually increase people’s confidence in the system.

     Interaction with the
     public

         In order to let the people understand the latest condition of KMRT, the company has announced the latest news about KMRT via the website, broadcasting system, flyers and other different media. The company has sent out newsletters to the media to let the public be aware of the newest insulations of KMRT
City traffic may be influenced by the construction of KMRT, to improve the situation, KMRT company has set up NCTV(left photo) to monitor the traffic flow, construction site. The public may see the latest images on the Internet.。
        In order to solve the traffic problems during peak hours, the company will broadcast the traffic situation around the construction sites on radio show “KMRT Let You Know” at FM 93.1
As for the BOT, the way KMRT was constructed, has been supported by the public and the enterprises recently.
